Contact / Inquiry
How Can We Help?
Most questions about Seller Progression Workflow™ can be answered immediately through the SPW Assistant™, the FAQ, the Knowledge Library, and the detailed framework, Pilot, Licensing, and Pricing pages.
The inquiry form is available when a matter remains unresolved, requires account-specific review, involves a technical or legal concern, or represents a qualified partnership, referral, media, or institutional opportunity.
Principle
Immediate Answers Before Individual Assistance™
SPW is designed to provide clear information and structured pathways without requiring routine calls, coaching, demonstrations, or founder-led support.
Routing
Find the Right Path
Framework Questions
Learn what SPW is, how Stage 1 Visibility™ and Stage 2 Interpretation™ work, what the framework does, and where its boundaries apply.
Pilot Program
Review Pilot eligibility, materials, evaluation structure, boundaries, and the dedicated Pilot request process.
Licensing and Pricing
Review annual licensing, named-professional authorization levels, licensed resources, professional-use rights, current options, and direct purchase pathways.
Existing Account or Access Matter
Use the inquiry form below only when an existing purchaser, licensee, or Pilot participant has an account, access, billing, subscription, or technical matter that cannot be resolved through the dashboard, customer portal, automated email, or available instructions.
Referral Partner Participation
Professionals who encounter business owners before transaction readiness may request Referral Partner participation. A Referral Partner may direct an appropriate owner to SellerPreparation.com, the owner-facing educational assessment platform powered by the Seller Progression Workflow™ methodology. An SPW license is not required.
Partnership or Referral Opportunity
Qualified professionals and organizations may submit a structured inquiry regarding strategic alignment, referrals, ecosystem participation, institutional relationships, or other serious collaboration opportunities.
Legal, Privacy, Accessibility, Media, or Institutional Matter
Use the inquiry form for legitimate legal, privacy, intellectual-property, accessibility, media, or institutional matters that require direct review.
Preparation
Before You Submit an Inquiry
- Ask the SPW Assistant™.
- Review the FAQ.
- Review How SPW Works™ for framework questions.
- Review the Pilot Program page for Pilot information and requests.
- Review Licensing and Pricing for purchase, authorization, and professional-use questions.
- Review your dashboard, customer portal, confirmation email, or access instructions for an existing account matter.
- Submit the form only if the issue remains unresolved or genuinely requires direct review.
Operating Model
Contact is the exception pathway — not the primary way to learn or use SPW.
For most visitors, the SPW Assistant™ and public resources will resolve a question faster and with greater specificity than a form submission.

The Contact form is not intended for submitting confidential owner information, completed assessment documents, financial records, tax records, legal documents, or transaction materials.
Process
What Happens After Submission
Step 1
Automated Confirmation
An automated confirmation may be sent to the submitted email address through the existing SPW email workflow.
Step 2
Routing and Resource Matching
The inquiry is categorized according to the selected inquiry type. Where an existing SPW resource, page, account instruction, or automated workflow addresses the matter, that resource may be provided.
Step 3
Exception Review
Account-specific, technical, billing, legal, privacy, accessibility, partnership, institutional, or other qualifying matters may be reviewed individually.
Step 4
Appropriate Follow-Up
Only matters that genuinely require additional review should receive individualized follow-up.
Not every inquiry requires or receives personal correspondence. SPW is designed to resolve routine questions through clear public information, the SPW Assistant™, automated communications, dashboard resources, customer-portal functionality, and documented workflows.
