This Privacy Policy explains how G&T Strategic Operations and Management, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website or use the Seller Progression Workflow™ services (the "Services"). This page is maintained by the Company. By using the Services you consent to the practices described below.

- Information you provide. Name, email, company, role, and any details you submit through contact forms, the Pilot Program inquiry, account signup, or other interactions.
- Account & transaction data. Login credentials handled through our authentication provider, license/subscription status, and billing details processed by our payment provider.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, links clicked, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used for session management, security, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the Services may not function.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Services;
- To create and authenticate accounts and process payments;
- To send transactional communications (account, billing, security, and Pilot Program updates);
- To respond to inquiries and provide support;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and billing records are typically retained for the life of the account and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion as described below.

You may also opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link in those messages; transactional emails (billing, security, account) will continue.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@sellerprogressionworkflow.com and we will take appropriate action.
9. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

The Services may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies before providing information.
